Soggy Bottom Cardboard Boat Regatta and Family Fun Day empowers fun loving, energetic, competitive, young people and even grown-ups, families, clubs, work groups and business people.

Anyone can get involved in the boat races and also help raise funds for local charities supporting young people facing challenges.

Spend lots of fun times with your team creating your boat before the event then getting dressed up on race day.

Test your luck and paddling skills competing with others in your Division and try not to sink.

The boat and team with fastest time wins. Great prizes for winners and fundraising and even novelty awards.

For people not wanting to get wet there are many other fun events on shore for all members of the family to enjoy.

This event continues to empower the community through boat building comradery while fundraising for local charities supporting young people facing challenges.
