An assault at Royal Park in Launceston which left a man with serious head injuries is being investigated by police.
The man was attacked after a verbal altercation near the Park Street toilets on June 28. The offender is described as in his late teens or early twenties, with medium blonde length hair.
The victim was treated in hospital for his injuries which were deemed serious but not life-threatening.
