17-year-old Launceston all-rounder Aidan O’Connor has signed on with the Tasmanian Tigers as a local rookie for the 2023-24 season.
He’ll remain in Northern Tasmania as a member of the Emerging Tigers program which will enable him to further his education while receiving skill development and sports science support which contracted players receive. The talented cricketer will also be able to train with the team in Hobart at times.
Aidan O’Connor has played cricket with George Town and Riverside.
