Launceston Police have charged two people in relation to burglary at a property in Warrentinna, on Tasmania’s North East on Wednesday morning.
During the incident, a home was allegedly ransacked and a quantity of firearms, jewellery and cash was stolen.
A 32-year-old woman from South Launceston and a 31-year-old woman from Rocherlea have both been charged with aggravated burglary, stealing, stealing firearms and firearm offences.
The Rocherlea woman was detained to appear in an after-hours court session, while the South Launceston woman was granted bail to appear on 6th November 2019.
