2 Tasmanian police officers have been charged following separate incidents.
A 29-year-old Constable from the state's north has been charged with assault, following an off-duty incident that allegedly occurred during a sporting event with another player back on July 6.
The officer remains on operational duty but will appear before the Launceston Magistrates Court on December 16.
In a separate incident, a 36-year-old Constable from the state's west has been charged with low-range drink driving, after allegedly blowing 0.052% BAC while on-duty.
He's been removed from operational duties and will face the Burnie Magistrates Court on December 17.
